Thermic stand for continuous vibratory moulding technology is designed for industrial manufacture of prestressed concrete products using special equipment.
The product range is hollow-core slabs of different height, width, length and load-carrying capacity, road slabs, piles submerged into the ground, beams, electric pillars, bridges and other long articles.
A thermic stand is a concrete field with a calibrated metal sheet coat divided into 6 moulding beds and a single process bed. All tracks are limited to the rails for installion and moving production machines. Concrete field has a bias towards the washing sinks, equipped with a sump and sewage runoff, giving an opportunity to dump cement mortar.
Metal sheeting serves as a basis for continuous vibratory moulding for concrete products. There are heating elements under the metal sheet coat for floor heating and heat transfer to the product to accelerate the process of acquiring concrete strength.
Limiters for fixing ends of high-strength wires, used for reinforcement of concrete products are anchored on the both ends of the moulding beds. Reinforcement schemes are listed in a special album on the product.
There is a zone for the output equipment, its cleaning and maintenance behind the limiters , located at the ends of the beds. Channels and a sump are located here to collect wastes and to clean water before discharging into the sewer.
The control system of heat supply equipment is situated in the thermal channel for controlling the temperature conditions for a given program in each bed for smooth temperature rise of a thermic stand, the heat treatment of the moulded concrete products according to a scedule.
Thermal channel with the equipment in it is located below the metal sheeting, where the composite pipes are installed along the entire perimeter of moulding and processing beds for efficient and uniform heat transfer to the inner side of the metal coating of beds.

Universal thermic stand is designed for industrial production of reinforced concrete construction products. The product range is staircases, columns, stiffness diafragms and other non-standard items.
Thermic stand is a concrete field with the length of 70m, width of 5m with a calibrated metal sheeting, divided into 14 zones. All zones are delimited by thermal seam and are individually controlled by the hot water supply system.
Metal sheeting serves as a basis for laying concrete products. Heating elements for floor heating and heat transfer to the product to accelerate the process of acquiring concrete strength are placed under the metal sheet coat .
The control system of heat supply equipment, installed in each zone is for smooth temperature raising of termic stand, and for the heat treatment of moulded concrete products.
The hot water supply is carried through the pipe, which is parallel to the stand. A shut-off valve, operating in automatic mode is installed for automatic regulation of supply and return pipe pressure.
The operator sets the value of the pressure difference in the control cabinet of the warming system.
The input parameters control of the heat transfer agents is recorded automatically. Time range for data archiving is 24 hours. Working hours are non-stop, year-round.
